Introduction
In February 1994, AGB Nielsen Media Research
(AGB Venezuela) delivered peoplemeter data for the first time in the Caracas region. We were
the first office of the AGB Nielsen Group established in Latin America and have
remained the official advertising market supplier in a country with an environment
of economic difficulty and political conflict.
Since
August 2009, our panel comprises 880 households and will eventually grow to 1000 in the 6 cities
comprising Caracas, Barquisimeto,
Maracaibo, Valencia,
Puerto la Cruz and Guayana
City.
